Hi guys, month 8 has arrived, aswell as a new year. Hope you all had a great time over the Christmas/New Year break.
From about month 7 I started growing out my hair which was going pretty well. It did appear to be looking thicker, but only in certain light. It was getting a little too long on top and I felt it was far too thin looking for my liking (which you’ll see in the photos below), so I decided to trim it myself. Ended up going a little shorter than I wanted to (accidentally lol) so I had to shave it down to a #4 and then a #2 on the sides. I’ve added photos for when it was longer, aswell as how it is now.
I feel it is a little thicker than last month, and while I am a little disappointed at the moment I’m still confident the newly transplanted hairs will continue to mature and thicken up.
Still using Rogain twice a day, caffeine shampoo twice a week and taking Biotin 5mg once a day (started that on the 15th December).
Only a couple weeks until I leave Europe and head home to Australia, so my next post will be from there…in the god awful heat 🙁
Till then!

BEFORE AND AFTER
When you start taking Biotin it is known to cause a bit of a shed at first, so maybe thats what you have gone through for you to feel a little disappointed in the growth this month? Who knows. Looks great though! I look forward to your future updates.
Hopefully that’s it Dean! To be honest I think it’s looking a little thicker now, but it could just be my eyes playing tricks on me lol
